What Kind of garments can you print on?

We can print on a variety of garments including t-shirts, sweatshirts, casual shirts, golf shirts, etc. We also offer other garments that are better suited to embroidery such as spring and winter jackets, nylon track suits, polar fleece jackets and vests, ball caps and winter toques, etc. Check out the links to our suppliers on our products page to see the variety of garments and products that are available.

Do you also do embroidery?

Yes, we also provide full embroidery services including digitizing.

Do I have to supply the items myself?

No, you don’t. We represent a wide variety of clothing and promotional product manufacturers. When you place your order with us we will order your specific styles, colours and sizes.

Can I supply my own garments?

Yes you can, however we do not guarantee any product not supplied by Waterloo County ScreenWorks.

How many colours can you print onto a garment?

Our screen printing equipment is designed to print logos with up to six different colours. Our Embroidery equipment will stitch up to twelve different colours

What kind of artwork do you accept?

We prefer to receive vector format files .AI (Adobe Illustrator) and .CDR (CorelDraw). For most orders we will also accept .PSD (Adobe Photoshop) .JPG, .TIFF, .EPS, .PDF.

If I don’t have any artwork can you do it for me?

Yes we can. Waterloo County ScreenWorks has an in-house art department that will work with you to create any custom artwork that you need.

What is you minimum number of garments I need to order?

You can order as few, or as many as you like. Just remember that the more you order the better the price.

Can you match the colours in my logo?

Yes, we can colour match using a Pantone colour chart.

How does you pricing work?

Our products are custom made, so price depends mainly on three things; quantity of shirts ordered, number of colours in the logo, and the number of locations on the shirt that are being screened. We’ll make it simple by giving you a written quote that includes a single piece price as well as a final total including all applicable taxes.

Are there any additional or hidden costs or fees?

No. There are no hidden fees for screen costs, film charges, art charges, etc. The price we quote you for your shirts is the price you pay. There are no surprises.
